CoolMods.co.uk Shipping and Returns
1) to return an item please contact info@coolmods.co.uk explaining the problem
2) All international orders must be returned at the buyers expense. we do not refund shipping on international orders
3) International orders can take from 2-28 days for delivery
4) UK orders are usually delivered within 1-5 business days
5) Delivery times are estimated times and provided to us by royal mail, royal mail delivery times are available on www.royalmail.com and specified royal mail services are displayed at checkout. ( international orders are shipped on the "international signed for" service)
6) When goods have been delivered to you, you will be liable for their loss or destruction.
7) We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
8) When you place your online order, we will send a email confirmation on dispatch. Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch. This 28 days time period must lapse before we can claim for loss in transit.
9) Items returned outside of the UK are the customers responsibility and we are not responsible for shipping. Items returned within the UK will be handled on a individual case basis.
10) Orders that cannot be delivered due to no occupier present at the delivery address, will be delivered to your local post office or collection point within a few days. If the item is not collected and it is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipping of the item.
11) If goods delivered are not correct or damaged we will accept no responsibility if you do not notify us in writting within 10 working days of delivery.
12) Modified goods and will not be accepted back under warranty,
13) All goods must be returned in retail packaging and in condition suitable for re-sale
