By purcahsing goods from us, you are agreeding to our terms and conditions of sale.

A contract of sale of prodcuts in the form of your order is only created when you have email confirmation of Dispatch along with the tracking number.
Orders are allways subject to availabiliey
We will not be legally bound by any factual or typographical errors on the website or other promotional materials.
The price you will pay as a customer is the price in the email confirmation of dispatch.
Delivery times are estimated times and provided to us by royal mail, royal mail delivery times are available on www.royalmail.com and specified royal mail services are displayed at checkout. ( international orders are shipped on the "international signed for" service)
When goods have been delivered to you, you will be liable for their loss or destruction.
We will not be liable for the loss or destruction of the goods once they have been delivered to you.
When you place your online order, we will send a email confirmation on dispatch. Your order should arrive within not more than 28 working days of dispatch. This 28 days time period must lapse before we can claim for loss in transit.
Items returned outside of the UK are the customers responsibility and we are not responsible for shipping. Items returned within the UK will be handled on a individual case basis.
To fullest extent permitted at law and of our employees we shall not be liable to you by reason of any representation (unless fraudulent), or any implied warranty condition or other term or any duty at common law or under express terms of the contract for any indirect, special or consequential loss or damage (whether for loss of profit or otherwise), costs, expenses or other claims for compensation whatsoever (whether caused by negligence on our part or the part of our employees or agents or otherwise) which arise from or in connection with the use of the website, the supply of goods or their use or resale by you, and our entire liability under or in connection with the contract shall not exceed the price of the goods, except expressly provided in these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights
We reserve the right not to responde to rude or threatening messages or messages deemed to contain un-nessasary agressive working.
Orders that cannot be delivered due to no occupier present at the delivery address, will be delivered to your local post office or collection point within a few days. If the item is not collected and it is returned to us, you the customer will be responsible for the shipping cost for re-shipping of the item.
If goods delivered are not correct or damaged we will accept no responsibility if you do not notify us in writting within 10 working days of delivery.
Modified goods and will not be accepted back under warranty,
All goods must be returned in retail packaging and in condition suitable for re-sale
We guarantee all our products with a 30 day no quibble guarantee
